This REIT invests in residential real estate in the Southwest United States with a focus on Greater Phoenix, Arizona. The offering helps Canadian investors participate in the Phoenix real estate recovery; acquiring over 230 single family revenue properties since early 2010.
Investors will receive a preferred return of 8% per annum, cumulative and non-compounded, with income distributed semi-annually. Investors will also receive 40% of the net proceeds at time of liquidation, after the return of 100% of their invested capital. The target holding period is 3-7 years.
